4.0 Industry: the future of raw chipboard manufacturing | automatic processes in the factory
Losán, as part of its innovative nature and aiming to improving its production systems through research, is developing the project "INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC MONITORING TECHNIQUES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AGGLOMERATED BOARD 24/7." framed within the 4.0 Industry.
This project wants to raise awareness, measure and monitor the critical variables of the production of raw chipboard enabling the automatic activation of security, maintenance and optimization protocols. As a result, we are expecting to obtain a social, economic and environmental impact through the reduction of operational risks thanks to a greater process automation and a more efficient use of energy and raw materials.
This Research, Development and Innovation project has the support of the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) through a partially reimbursable grant co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within its PLURREREGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAM OF SPAIN 2014-2020
