Internal information channel.

LOSÁN, in its commitment to excellence, has developed a Regulatory Compliance System, together with a Criminal Risk Prevention System, obtaining certification in UNE 19601 on Criminal Compliance Management Systems.

The System is made up of a series of internal regulations, which govern various areas of the company's activity and are also mandatory for the interest groups to which it applies. Below, you can find some of the different documents that make up our System and require full regulatory compliance in an attempt to minimize risks.

La Criminal Compliance Policy It has been drawn up by the organisation to express its commitment to the company's ethical values and its firm will to maintain respectful conduct both with external and internal standards and with the needs and expectations of its employees, clients, suppliers and other interest groups for the organisation itself.

Losán permanently maintains its commitments to good governance, integrity and fiscal transparency. We comply with tax regulations as part of the principles that inspire the company's corporate responsibility, applying responsible tax policies and promoting cooperative and transparent relations with the Tax Authorities. In this context, Losán has approved its own Fiscal Policy.

La Environmental Policy  Its purpose is to establish a frame of reference for integrating the protection of nature and the environment into the LOSÁN strategy. Energy Policy aims to provide a common framework for setting objectives and undertaking actions based on LOSÁN's commitment to consuming energy efficiently and reducing its greenhouse gas emissions. Information Security Policy Its objective is to guarantee the quality of information and the continued provision of services, acting preventively, monitoring daily activity and reacting quickly to incidents.

In addition, LOSÁN has a Ethical Channel which must be used to inform the Compliance Committee of any non-compliance with our system.

The principles by which the Canal is governed are found in the Ethical Channel Procedure.
